SERVICE CYCLE

Quotation cycle：General Castings，3-6 days after received inquiry；

to be machined products，6-10 days after received inquiry

Sample delivery cycle：General Castings，10-20 days after contract signed；

to be machined products，20-30 days after contract signed

Mass production cycle：General Castings，20-40 days after order signed；

to be machined products，30-50 days after order signed

Special products or special requests should be consulted separately

TO SPEED UP THE QUOTATION PROCESS，PLEASE SUBMIT AS MUCH OF THE BELLOW INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE

PLS provide complete draft of castings or parts，which should be clearly marked parts material，tolerances，surface processing，surface roughness，the beginning of the base processing，heat treatment and surface treatment requiremnts；Point out the key dimensions & important surfaces that need to pay particular attention to

2. Testing and inspection of the project & reporting requirements

3. Order quantity and annual demand.

4. The way to dlivery & the requirements of progress，packaging and transportation
